Conscious Observer capable of record keeping [memory] and to analyze events + information, are encapsulated in TIME by default. This notion captures everything there is and existence itself in Nature. Plausibly a conjecture, yet a well refined one.

Keep It Simple principle is applied in communicating the ideas yet the information is not simplified.
The Universe – Geometrical view
Ω represents the actual (or observed) density to the critical density of the universe.
note: density [ρ] requires substance ∴ the above notions are dependent on matter being present in the universe. (no matter = no universe ∴ no time)
i.e. time is a function of matter f (m) = time and not to be considered a 4th dimension but a derivative of matter itself via events + rate of change through sensory perception.

Time is a function of matter – concept explored:
- Determination of the age of the universe is obtained through matter. (Captures all forms of dating)
- The second law of thermodynamics- entropy always increases with time – clock – calendar time keeping may seem independent of matter, and matter is in a state of decay relative to time, time keeping is artificial and has no intrinsic value in itself.
- Since matter is both the subject and device – the validity of the rate of change of matter becomes a dependent variable and relative not absolute.
